Party for Your Prom 2024
The terms and conditions below are in addition to the general competition terms and conditions found here
| COMPETITION | Party for Your Prom 2024 |

| PRIZE | The prize is a "Prom Event" - including sound, lighting and DJs provided and set up by In Demand Events, up to a maximum value of £1000. The event will also include at least one on-air DJ from In Demand Radio, subject to availability. |

| COMPETITION STRUCTURE | Gather your teachers/prom organisers and in a 20 second video ask them to rave to their favourite tune, DANCE LIKE NO-ONE IS WATCHING... the funnier/wilder/more outrageous the better!!!
Be creative with however you want to do it, it can feature as many of you as you like! We just want to see why we should come to your leavers prom/party!
Once you have your video, upload it to your grid on instagram. You must tag and collaborate with @indemandradio and get all your mates/family/school to like it. Whoever has the most grid likes wins. The number of likes will be counted at the competition closing time. The videos submitted should include the teachers or prom organisers, and not include anyone under 16. |
| ROUTES OF ENTRY & COSTS | The competition can be entered at any time between the start/closing dates by posting a valid video to Instagram and tagging @indemandradio. There is no cost to enter. |
| CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE | The prize will be granted to the video who has the most grid likes on the video. The winners will be notified via Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. |
| RESTRICTIONS |
The competition is only open to recognised school or colleges, located within the broadcast area of In Demand Radio DAB+. Any entry which includes anyone under 16 in the video must have written permission from each parent/guardian in order to be a valid entry. |
| DATA PROTECTION | Entrants' personal data (including telephone numbers andemail addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners' names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has expressly opted in to marketing. | OTHER CONDITIONS | Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. |
